On June 2, 2026, students of Sarny Lyceum No. 4 visited the Klesiv Quarry of Technobud as part of the Swiss-Ukrainian DECIDE project and the career guidance initiative being implemented in the Sarny community, to which our company has proudly contributed.
We are always pleased to welcome visitors, especially young people who are in the process of choosing their future career paths. During the visit, the students had the opportunity to see the scale of mineral extraction operations, observe powerful quarry machinery in action, and learn more about the wide range of professions that ensure the smooth operation of the enterprise every day.
Such visits help break stereotypes about industrial professions and demonstrate that a modern quarry is much more than stone extraction. It is a combination of technology, responsibility, professionalism, and teamwork.
Perhaps for some of these students, this excursion will become the first step toward their dream profession. After all, it is the younger generation that will drive the development of Ukrainian industry, build the infrastructure of tomorrow, and introduce innovative technologies into production processes.
We believe that firsthand exposure to real industrial operations helps young people better understand their opportunities while enabling businesses to invest in the future development of both the industry and the local community.
